Ese is a Master’s degree holder in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, London. She heads the Human Resource and Administration Department of the Firm where she works with a team of professionals. An HR professional with good general management and admin experience in several roles, she continues to help the Firm in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the Firm while also bridging management and employee relations and managing the Firm’s recruitment and selection process.
