Chinaza is an incisive and very resourceful attorney, result driven with an in-depth understanding of the law as well as a keen ability to critically analyse key legal issues and offer practical solutions to clients.

She is a prominent member of the Firm’s Governance, Risk and Compliance Group where she regularly services both corporate and individual clients on a wide range of governance, compliance and corporate issues, ranging from formation of entities in different climes to corporate filings, licensing, risk assessment and mitigation, contracts drafting, company secretarial, franchising, Estates and probates, etc. Chinaza’s portfolio of clientele cuts across Telecommunications, Energy, Entertainment, Real Estates, VAS, Financial Services, ICT, amongst others. As a Compliance/Risk Officer, she also closely works with the Firm’s Transaction Advisory Services Team in providing extensive advisory services to clients in diverse industries on varying legal and regulatory issues including, M&A advisory services, shareholding restructuring, corporate structuring and legal due diligence engagements.
